Mandy Forster, who joined Electrosonic SA in July 2023, brings over 20 years of sales and customer service in the ICT industry. Holding a recently completed Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and Social Services with a focus on Psychological Counselling, she combines her technical expertise with a deep understanding of client relations.

Throughout her career, Mandy has gained proficiency in a wide range of IT operations and service offerings, including Voice, Cloud solutions, Backup and Disaster Recovery. In the last 2 years she has quickly familiarized herself with Kramer, MAXHUB and other ProAV industry technologies.

Mandy's fundamental value of integrity drives her commitment to transparency and accountability, essential for fostering trust within teams. Flexible and team-oriented, she excels in customer service and is dedicated to building lasting client relationships, making her a valuable addition to Electrosonic SA.
