With over four decades of experience in electronics, audio-visual solutions, and technical management, Jorge Vilares is a seasoned expert in his field. His career began in the South African Airforce, specializing in Aircraft Radio Radar, before progressing to leadership roles, including National Technical Service Manager at Barlows Goldstar and Technical Manager at Colosseum Acoustics. He also gained entrepreneurial experience as the owner of multiple computer shops.

Jorge spent 12 years at Dimension Data as an Audio-Visual Solutions Architect before joining Electrosonic SA in August 2012, where he has been a pivotal part of the Cape Town team for over a decade. Known for his problem-solving expertise and ability to deliver tailored client solutions, he is committed to responsibility, loyalty, and always going the extra mile. His easy-going nature, combined with his technical acumen, makes him a trusted and valued professional in the industry.
