Tobie Els is a seasoned project manager and technical team leader with extensive hands-on experience in managing installation sites and overseeing complex technical projects. With a strong background in coordinating teams, scheduling technicians, and managing sub-contractors, he excels in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. His expertise spans system design, AutoCAD drawings, CCTV and access control programming, and home automation systems using Control4 software. Tobias is highly skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, and fostering effective communication between management, technical teams, and external stakeholders.

At Electrosonic Tobias assist with Presales with extensive knowledge on Kramer and our Pro AV range. Recently becoming a dad has certainly brought some new perspective. Known for his friendly and approachable demeanour, he brings a professional work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a goal-driven mind-set to every project, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
