Focusing on Kramer, they have certainly kept up with the multiple technological changes, having four decades of innovation and quality behind the Kramer name. And this year with new headquarters in the heart of start-up Nation - Tel Aviv, Israel with locations around the world, Kramer's audio-visual experts are designing the future of engagement technology. No matter how hybrid our world becomes, our desire for real, human connection will never cease. Electrosonic is proud to be part of this brave new world, which brings me to our new Regional director of sales for the Middle East and Africa, Mr. Kumaran Kannan.

It was with slight nervous excitement that I met new regional sales director, Kumaran, for the first time. In a short space of time travelling with him between Johannesburg and Cape Town, I got to know the person behind the title and gained a better understanding of what his main role in Kramer is.

Indeed, the answer to the question "what does Kumaran do" is best summarised as him managing all aspects of sales for an enterprise concerning our region, South Africa. Kumaran plays a key function in generating profitable business together with taking the Kramer AV brand to even greater heights of success. He has been developing and coordinating aspects such as:

· Motivating and guiding the sales team to meet sales goals

· Creating and communicating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives to higher management

· Implementing effective strategies to achieve sales targets and all the crucial parts of a successful partnership

Electrosonic SA would like to thank Kumaran for his dedication and professionalism. It was his first time in South Africa. His initial inhibition about our lovely country was immediately turned into a delightful experience for Kumaran. He quickly learned South Africans are the most jovial and friendly people in the world. Having the best food, wines, and landscapes anywhere in the world. Furthermore, visiting and meeting the various audio-visual system integrators and end-users, and even a very productive meeting at Cape Town Parliament with our dedicated sales engineer Jorge Vilares, turned out to be a great success. We look forward to Kumaran’s next visit, more laughs, more good food, and more excellent business. Watch this space…
