The Technical Production Services Association (TPSA) was established in 1998 as an independent trade association for the technical production and live events industry. TPSA was modelled on the UK's Production Services Association (PSA), and was designed to focus mainly on safety and technical standards.

3 Years ago, Martin Professional held a lighting competition to showcase their lighting design software and controllers around the Frankfurt Pro Light and Sound Show in Germany and in Russia. Entrants submitted videos of their designs, set to a pre-determined piece of music and let the public vote on the best submission and contestants then won prizes from Martin Professional.

LUMINEX Lighting Control Equipment (LCE) is a Belgium-based company that was established in February 2002. It specializes in developing lighting control equipment for the entertainment industry.

Crestron has taken the decision to open their own sales office in South Africa. This is part of Crestron’s international strategy of direct distribution in every region.
Electrosonic SA has been distributing Crestron products in Southern Africa for the last 20 years. It is sad to see such a long and fruitful relationship coming to an end, but as we all know, change is inevitable.
