KRAMER CONFERENCE 2014

Spring! That time of the year when the annual Pan-European Kramer Seminar is held. This year the gathering took place in Aranjuez, Spain.

This beautiful little town on the outskirts of Madrid was the setting for the conference, which drew one hundred delegates from all of Kramer Electronics’ European and African offices. Bruce Genricks (Managing Member) and I represented South Africa on this three-day seminar.

ELECTROSONIC SA HONOURED AT ISE

In February Electrosonic SA received Crestron’s Exceptional Distributor of the Year Award at ISE (Integrated Systems Europe) 2014, which was held in Amsterdam.

Every year at ISE Crestron hosts a sub-conference for its distributors. Delegates get the opportunity to learn about organisational changes, get sneak previews of products in the pipeline, and to network with international colleagues. Crestron also uses the event to reward distributors for their commitment in various sectors of the industry.

You’ve all been there. You’ve burned the midnight oil, you’ve scoured the internet for graphics and you’ve designed yourself a hotshot PowerPoint presentation with animation and embedded clips. But no one knows where to plug in the thingy at the whatchamacallit in the client’s boardroom. The PA knows all about water carafes and peppermints, and the IT-guy is on a course. So everyone ends up huddling around your laptop, no-one is really that impressed with your presentation and you end up losing the sale.
