History came alive in a big way during September last year at the world premiere of “Ben Hur Live” at London’s O2 Arena, a musical behemoth that features a cast of 400, ship battle, real chariot races and a lighting rig of more than 200 Martin MAC 2000 Wash XB, MAC 2000 Profile and MAC III Profile moving heads.

Martin Professional scored a hat trick at the second annual ESTA “Rock Our World Awards”, coming away with two best in category accolades and a special recognition award.

The LDI show in Orlando, Florida, last year, proved very successful for Martin as the company received the Parnelli “Indispensible Technology” Award in the lighting category for the MAC III Profile.

The BeST Design Awards are a national award program of the Designers Institute of New Zealand, recognising New Zealand’s best graphic, product and spatial design.
